fusion-text-1\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><p>Mi investigaci\u00f3n se centra en entender la arquitectura gen\u00e9tica de caracter\u00edsticas complejas y c\u00f3mo estas var\u00edan entre individuos, tanto dentro de una poblaci\u00f3n como entre poblaciones. Esta comprensi\u00f3n nos permite identificar los factores gen\u00e9ticos y ambientales que influyen en la expresi\u00f3n de rasgos complejos y su variaci\u00f3n, lo que puede tener implicaciones significativas en diversas \u00e1reas del conocimiento. En colaboraci\u00f3n con grupos de investigaci\u00f3n nacionales e internacionales, buscamos descubrir patrones y mecanismos subyacentes que puedan explicar la variabilidad fenot\u00edpica y su impacto en la adaptaci\u00f3n de los organismos a sus entornos cambiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Mi proyecto principal de investigaci\u00f3n (en curso) examina las interacciones entre el genotipo y el ambiente, centr\u00e1ndose en la diversidad de la producci\u00f3n y calidad de compuestos bioactivos foliares, mediante tecnolog\u00edas multi\u00f3micas. Este enfoque nos permite identificar genes candidatos asociados a caracter\u00edsticas complejas, y desarrollar estrategias de mejoramiento selectivo que maximicen la productividad y sustentabilidad de los recursos naturales.
